● By the variations section add all name variations as you my appear on the Bill of Loading ( example; Your Company, Your Company Inc, Your Name, Etc. )

● Please note: as per the CBP ( Customs and Border Protection ) a request is only valid for 2 Years, select yes if you want to receive a reminder 60 days before the expiration.

Process:

● When you submit your application we at hideimport.com will file your request with the Costumes and Border Protection ( CBP ) within 2 business days.

● After the CBP receives the request they will notify you via email your application status ( Email could be delayed up to 48 hours )
